how we work.
Our typical working arrangement with clients is based on an annual contract that includes a number of integrated services, as well as corresponding objectives and an action plan, and is paid for by a monthly retainer, expenses, and any advertising or social media spend. Clients like this fee system because they think it’s fair, practical, and helpful. Most clients are assigned a team of two Account Executives who spend time and money in learning about their industries and businesses in order to be able to devote the time and resources necessary to deliver on promises. For crisis management assignments, our most senior crisis PR and ORM experts are given a retainer, which is subtracted from the retainer at an hourly rate. Once the retainer has been used up, the crisis customer is given the option of continuing on an hourly basis or switching to a fixed monthly retainer. Retainer fees range from $3,500 to $15,000 per month, depending on the volume of labor and the number of employees.
